About the Job
- Process a large volume of invoices and credit notes
- Scheduling payments
- Liaising with Line managers on a regular basis
- Statement reconciliations to be completed monthly
- Ensure balances do not extend beyond 60 days
- Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
- Prepare batches of invoices for data entry
- Prepare manual cheques as and when required
- General Administrative duties
- Basic experience/knowledge in accounts payable
- Sound administrative skills
- Exceptional Microsoft office experience
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
