Urgent Opportunities for FX PM/AVP – VP Level recruitment
A leading financial institute is keen on speaking to Mid/Senior Level Project managers to manage the delivery of business and/or technical change. The role holder will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects which will be undertaken by the Asia Pacific IT organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for planning, managing and delivering projects. Leads debate on best practice and standards occasionally. Acts as mentor for junior staff, sharing knowledge and experience. Must be effective at mobilising teams of different disciplines to deliver solutions.
Experience and Skills:
- Good project management skills with minimum 5 years experience managing medium size projects of not less than 6 months in duration
- Any formal Project Management Certification essential
- Experience in Investment Banking domain
- Experience in large scale FX Projects front to back platform implementation
- Experience in large scale Treasury front to back platform implementation
- Experience in Change management
- Has the ability to communicate very detailed and complex concepts and ideas both verbally and in writing in a concise and clear manner to others within the organisation.
- Good Team player
- Self motivated and proactive
- Ability to think strategically and handle time pressure
- Good leadership skills
