US Capital Markets Lawyer- Sydney based role
A rare Sydney based opportunity exists with the local office of this leading US Firm for a highly motivated US qualified capital markets lawyer, with at least three years post admission experience. The successful candidates will have experience of initial public offerings, public offerings and private placements of debt, equity and hybrid securities, including Rule 144A, Regulation D and Regulation S offerings, and traditional 4(a)(2) debt private placements.
The role would suit both US admitted Australian lawyers looking to return home as well as other US admitted lawyers attracted to working in Australia for a blue chip practice where the quality and diversity of the work on offer will be first rate, acting on behalf of both Australian and International Banking Institutions.
