US MNC Accounting Manager recruitment
This Accounting Manager would be responsible in ensuring accurate closing and preparation of full set of monthly management and statutory reports, preparing and reviewing tax related filings and queries. This incumbent would need to be hands-on and possess good exposure in managing payroll accounting and manage payroll service providers. You will also oversee the transfer pricing and ensure relevant compliance and internal controls such as SOX controls are in placed. This candidate would hold a key position in identifying and proposing process improvements and be actively involved in ad-hoc financial and system projects.
Interested and qualified candidate should possess a degree in Accountancy from a reputable degree as well as a professional accounting certification (CPA) with 5 years of experience in a leading organization leading a similar function. Strong candidates should possess good financial reporting system knowledge and possess strong exposure in international accounting, treasury (cash management FX Hedging), regional exposure and payroll accounting. Strong personality, independent yet a team player are pre-requisites for this position.
