The User Experience Architect works collaboratively with fellow members of our existing User Experience team to discover user requirements, and then to conceptualize, design and prototype solution ideas.
This position partners with and inspires members of Product Management, Software Development and Quality Engineering to develop best-in-class products. Ensures client satisfaction with open communication, and by gathering client and end-user feedback through field study sessions, usability tests, surveys, and other appropriate methods.
Responsibilities:
Bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Industrial Design, Psychology, Technical Communication, Library Science, Sociology, Anthropology, or related area is preferred. Equivalent work experience can be substituted.
Some Travel is required.
