This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading local firm, taking responsibility for the analysis, co-ordination, design and delivery of high quality web applications, which meet specific customer needs and objectives.
User Experience Business Analyst – Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and define project requirements for user interfaces on web applications, advising on the best solution for the client and business;
- Shape the requirements, establishing timeline and budget, and ensuring these requirements are met throughout delivery;
- Identify interactions that will impact on existing business processes.
User Experience Business Analyst – Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience working on user experience technology projects; with experience defining business processes, utilising a strong understanding of technology.
- Proven experience in gathering individual requirements, and translating needs into detailed designs;
- Knowledge of web methodologies (including user centre design, and development approaches – e.g. Agile) are also essential.
