User Experience Designer for eCommerce retail/fashion site -

Are you passionate about makings things better through design? Do you expect your audience to not only use your designs, but get great pleasure from doing so? How do you feel about working collaboratively with other designers, as well as engineers, product managers, and interacting with users directly?

What you'll be doing:
- Work in an exciting, fast-paced work environment, where everyone’s opinion matters
- Work with directly with product-oriented people on making great products;
- Meet your users: audience members, retail customers, and advertisers;
- Contribute directly to overall interaction design and product strategy.
- Learn and inform us about our users, and to document research findings;
- Be a champion for our users
- Design awesome stuff, as well as document and test it;
- Prototype your designs – wireframes and mockups are also great, but we want design to come to life;
- Help uncover, define, describe, and prioritize feature and product requirements, as well as help execute on them.
What you need for this position:
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience and/or an educational background in HCI, design or computer science;
- A solid understanding of your medium – HTML, CSS, and Javascript;
- A strong and clean visual design sense;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
