User Experience Professional Intern
Job description THIS IS AN INTERNSHIP POSITION AND ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE REGISTERED FULL TIME STUDENTS TO APPLY Employees in this role possess the skills needed to design, develop, evaluate and deliver the user experience for software and hardware products. The product user experience may include product packaging, user interfaces, websites, and other client collateral and includes tasks from across the product life-cycle, from initial product familiarization through product support and upgrade. The goal of the UX Professional is to enhance the users product experience by meeting their business needs and goals while minimizing the potential for errors. Required Master's Degree English: Fluent Preferred Doctorate Degree Additional information User Experience Research co-op. Use UCD processes and principles to work with product designers and usability specialists designing and evaluating software products. Plan and conduct usability evaluations for a wide variety of ICS products. Specify, screen and coordinate usability test participants, plan and execute evaluations, analyze and communicate results. Must possess knowledge of human-computer interaction principles and usability assessment techniques.Experience with the following methods is required: heuristic evaluation; analytics; survey techniques; competitive evaluations.
