Epsilon’s Digital Organization is looking for a talented, driven, and creative User Experience Consultant to join our next-generation engineering team and help realize our marketing vision.

Responsibilities
- Promote user-centric design across projects and products through the UI Center of Excellence
- Work with customers, product management, and the UI Architect to iteratively improve product UI designs
- Construct and conduct qualitative user research and usability testing to improve the product through every stage of its lifecycle
- Be an advocate for enhancing user experience and promote the work of the UX team across Epsilon
- Create information architectures and make recommendations where necessary
- Demonstrate a very high standard of UX evaluation and recommendation
- Conduct user interviews, and organize and facilitate collaborative workshops to assess prototypes
- Carry out research and analysis in the latest interactive studies
Qualifications
- BA/BS in human-computer interaction, graphic design, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in usability testing
- Knowledge of sound usability and design principles (platform guidelines, color theory, typography, etc.)
- Portfolio of past work
- Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Desirable Experience/Skills
- Familiarity with agile development process
- Experience with interfaces for mobile applications
