User Interaction Designer (User Experience Architect)

As a User Interaction Designer (User Experience Architect) you'll take the lead as you " Lead the development of the holistic vision, strategy and roadmap for the interactive channel, focusing on innovation and guest centric strategies including channel navigation, shopping services/tools and other frameworks for the guest facing interactive channel " Work with key partners to specify business requirements " Regularly research and identify new opportunities to differentiate Target's channel offerings, managing prototyping and pilots where applicable " Serving as primary channel contact for partners both internally and externally " Work closely with cross-company partners to oversee project implementation and/or developing models for operationalization " Lead multichannel integration initiatives that involve and effect the channel, partnering with key business partners and other channel planners Requirements " 4-year Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related areas of study or equivalent work experience " 3+ years of each of the following: Information Architecture (IA), Interaction Design, User Experience Design or related fields in the development of large-scale dynamic websites, Internet experience, online user experience design, creation of IA documents such as sitemaps, wireframes, cluster maps, page inventories, link lists, use cases, scenarios, personas, flow charts, and other guest-centric documentation " Proven conceptual skills, a critical eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex concepts into a clear visual representation " Strong technical ability, practical skills, and creative problem solving skills " Excellent written and verbal communication " Demonstrated ability to prioritize, drive for results and have a strong bias for action Benefits Eligible team members will receive one of the best earnings packages anywhere, including competitive pay, all-around insurance coverage, 401(k), flexible scheduling, training and development and many other perks and benefits.
