User Service Center Project Manager recruitment
USC aligns into the global End User Service Desk organisation, providing IT User Services. This team is responsible for the operation of daily business functions with regards to cooperation between UBS and our Call Center provider located in both Budapest Manila. The USC Operations Project Manager is aligned across the USC organization reporting into the global head.
As USC Project Mgr you are responsible for managing, defining supporting the implementation of projects affecting the USC operation.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Coordination of standard metrics and data points
- ServiceNow. SPOC for all USC related change requests, functional process. Represent USC at EUSD SN Change Board.
- Assist NG. SPOC for all USC related change requests, functional process. Close cooperation with the Assist NG team for release tests sign off. Represent USC Operations at Change Mgt Board.
- Project Mgt of major service take-ons, example WMA
- Analysis and statistical trend reviews
- Driving positive changes from their indepth analysis
- Complaint management and respective escalation activities
related to IT user and Service Center infrastructure - Driving continued quality improvement.
