At the minimum, an applicant must be 18 years of age and possess a High School Diploma or GED. Two or more years of post High School education, preferably in a technical field, along with prior industrial and/or maintenance experience is highly recommended.

Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated and be able to work in a self-directed team environment. The candidate must also be able to assist with maintenance related duties as needed.
