E-Commerce UX/Analytics Director

Karmaloop is an online re-seller of name brand underground streetwear fashion. We are located in an in Downtown Boston, Massachusetts directly next to the Arlington T stop on Boylston St. We pride ourselves on our employee culture. The technical challenges here are vast, and you’ll get experience working in a very high hit web environment with tons of data to analyze.

As an E-commerce UX/Analtyics Director at Karmaloop you’ll be key to determining UI changes and analyzing our vast amounts of customer data to help make decisions to drive the company forward. This is definitely a leadership role with a lot of room for growth.

Responsibilities:

·         Act as the head of all company-wide analytics and reporting initiatives.

·         4-5 years of work experience in web analytics (Omniture, Google Analytics, etc.) to determine project and site wide changes.

·         Develop a strategy for company-wide analytics and reporting use.

·         Coordinate with other departments in Karmaloop to drive an effective action plan based on analytics findings.

·         Conduct a/b testing to constantly make sure that new features and design are increasing conversion.

·         Determine paths to optimize revenue based off of analytics and reports for our main sites.

·         Setup heat mapping and other methods of site analysis, to guide design choices.

·         Train and develop web analysis skills throughout the company to build analytics into our culture of decision making.

·         Knowledge of conversion funnel optimization and analysis.

·         Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills with ability to work manage multiple projects simultaneously

 

Nice to haves:

·         Knowledge of Javacript, CSS, and HTML5

·         SQL knowledge

·         Knowledge of report creation tools
