About the Job
We are seeking a Valet / Car Jockey to join our winning team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and willing to adapt to changing needs. This position also requires working various shifts, including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays. Your working environment is an internal/external one, which includes exposure to cold, dirt, vehicle exhausts, noise, dust, heat, odours, rain, and snow.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License is required.
• Driver’s Abstract and Insurance History must be provided
• Criminal and Credit clearance required
• Must be able to drive Manual and Automatic vehicles.
• Excellent customer service skills required with the ability to resolve conflict and solve problems.
• Must have general knowledge of computers.
• Must be punctual, Polite and professional
• Positive attitude
• Friendly, enthusiastic, energetic and personable.
• A proven ability to surpass customer service expectations.
• Communication skills – ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to operate independently as well as in a team.
• Parking lot experience is an asset.
