Responsibility
- Lead valuation assignments (such as Enterprise valuation, Litigation support, Valuation of intangible assets/intellectual properties, financial instruments, Purchase Price Allocation etc)
- Participate in proposal and practice development activities
Requirements
- Degree in accountancy or finance-related discipline
- Relevant experience in public accounting or commerce industry
- Desire to identify opportunities for business development
- Strong modeling, report-writing and communication skills
- Flexible and self motivated to work on tight deadlines
- Strong spreadsheet and report-writing skills, able to liaise with Chinese clients a plus
- Mature, responsible and meticulous, able to work long hours when necessary
