Our Valuation Services professionals have unparalleled experience in identifying intangible assets, determining and supporting fair values for acquired assets, formulating tax valuations and related consulting in accordance with the regulations and guidance established by taxing authorities and providing and defending reporting valuations for clients across a number of industries. When companies require an objective and independent assessment of value, they look to Duff Phelps.
To support our Munich team we are continuously looking for Senior Associates. You will be working in teams together with our experienced employees on a variety of assignments in relation to company
valuations, purchase price allocations (PPAs), MA transactions and other strategic corporate finance services.
Tasks that will be covered by you include the following:
• Performance of in-depth analyses of target companies, e.g. in terms of market strength, strategic fit, and business model
• Conception and development of tailor-made analysis tools to support existing valuation models
• Performance of valuations on a wide range of public and private entities using discounted earnings, discounted cash flow, market multiple, option pricing and other models
• Co-ordination of meetings along with presentation of results in a clear and concise report to clients and project team
• Contributing large parts to the development of proposals, presentations and publications communicated to clients
• Taking responsibility for sub-projects including project coordination and guidance to Analysts
• You have studied business administration / economics and have (recently) passed your diploma / master with excellence.
• You may ideally have gathered practical experience in a job for one or two years.
• You are characterized by superior analytical, conceptual and communicative skills as well as capacity for teamwork and personal commitment. Furthermore, your English is excellent (written and spoken) and you are very familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
