To support our Beijing team we are looking for a Vice President.

As a Vice President within our Valuation Advisory practice you will be performing in-depth industry research, independently gathering data pertinent to an engagement through direct client interaction. You will be working in teams together with our experienced employees on a variety of assignments performing valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private entities whilst overseeing the analysis and quality control of projects for some of the most influential companies in the world. You will construct and review valuation and financial models including discounted cash flow, comparable company, stock option and intangible asset models presenting these in a concise report for our clients. This role will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to develop their skills within an international environment focused around collaboration and teamwork.

Tasks that will be covered by you include the following –

Responsibilities:

• Building client relationships and acting as a direct contact with current and prospective clients

• Interviewing clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement

• Providing insight and expertise on target industries, market and competitor information

• Managing valuation analysis, including determining appropriate valuation methodology and building and reviewing financial models

• Identifying and communicating potential engagements to management

• Supervising and mentoring staff on analyses, reports, and presentations

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or an MBA from an accredited college/university

• 4-6 years of constructing and reviewing valuation models and other financial models including: DCF, comparable company, stock option, and intangible asset models

• ASA, CFA, CPA and / or ABV professional designations a plus

• Demonstrated leadership experience including managing and developing client relationships and mentoring and developing staff

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of software packages including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
