Valuation Control (Credit/Loans), Vice President recruitment
Due to ongoing business needs, this global bank is seeking top tier candidates for the valuation and pricing risk of its Global Markets businesses.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish robust valuation control procedures for all loans portfolios and related credit products
- Perform periodic valuation reviews for the loan and credit portfolios
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders representing the portfolios covered including, but not limited to, external and internal auditors, front office, regulators, etc.
- Establish best practice valuation techniques
- Ad hoc projects and reporting
Key requirements:
- 6-8 years experience in valuation control for loans and/or credit products
- Candidates with a front office (e.g. structuring) or strong credit valuation background within product control will be considered as well
- Strong understanding of credit derivative products and credit markets
- Excellent communication skills and business-facing experience
- Experienced in Excel and VBA
- Degree qualified in a finance-related field such as Economics, Business, Accounting
