Valuation Manager – Brussels – Multinational Company recruitment

My client is a multinational company with offices and a great reputation all over the world. The offer all kind of financial services to diverse sectors; from industry to financial and banking companies.

As a Manager in the Valuation Economics group, you will manage assignments and assist the clients in analysing the value of start-ups, small, medium and large companies in the context of MA deals, fund raising, restructuring and incentive plans. You will analyse the value of intangible assets in the context of purchase price allocations or for transfer pricing reasons. You will develop and review financial models used in project finance and other financial transactions. You will also apply leading-edge tools (including real options, economic value-add, and identification and exploitation of intangible assets) to help businesses maximise return and enhance value - and uncover hidden value.

You should have relevant professional qualifications with 3 to 5 years working experience in a similar function in a reputable organisation or valuation practice (MA, corporate finance, private equity).

You have a university degree in economics and ideally you are a holder of a CFA degree.

- strong business writing skills and strong organisational and managerial capabilities
- a team-worker attitude
- flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and, but to a lesser extent, internationally
- fluency in Dutch, French and English
