Our Valuation Services practice combines accounting knowledge with leading valuation and corporate finance techniques. They provide objective and independent assessments of value that fulfill the most complex financial reporting and tax requirements.

Responsibilities:
Vice Presidents work on a variety of assignments, including business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations (PPAs), intellectual property valuations, stock option valuations, fairness transaction opinions and dispute consulting.
- Researching target industry, market and competitor information
- Model Building and reviewing - DCF models, comparable company models, stock option models, and intangible asset valuation models
- Report writing
- Client Interviewing - gathering data pertinent to the engagement
- Project management and engagement economics.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or MBA
- 3-5-7 years of related work experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required, as well as strong English verbal and written communication skills
