Valuations Accountant
My client is a large Private Equity Investor focusing on a range of investment strategies from direct, secondary and fund of funds. The business is coming up to their audit period and is looking for a Valuations Accountant/Associate for a contract position reporting into the Valuations Manager. The role will be based in the west end offices and pay circa £325pd.
The main responsibilities of the role will include acting as the key point of contact for external auditors, assisting in the running of the valuations side of the annual audits for fund vehicles, liaising with auditors to resolve outstanding audit queries, where necessary liaise with fund managers/investment teams in sourcing valuation specific information to support fair valuations for inclusion in the audits, review financial statements prepared by fund administrators and liaise with administrators and auditors with final valuation reports for financial statement processing.
The successful candidate must be qualified ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA or equivalent with relevant experience in Private Equity Funds or Fund of Funds Audit. Please apply now quoting reference ROA 155857.
