Valuations – Corporate Finance (Business Development) recruitment
Our client is looking to hire on the back of increased deal flow for the corporate finance team. At the moment they do not have a dedicated valuations team so this is an excellent opportunity to work with the head of corporate finance to define the valuations space.
Key elements of the role are;
- Quickly developing an understanding of the target business and its drivers.
- Interpretation and analysis of information memoranda, business plans, publicly available information on the target business.
- Review and analysis of historical trading, cash flow and balance sheets.
- Review and analysis of projections, and underlying assumptions.
- Performing valuations which includes business- / valuation modelling work.
- Reporting valuation results and other key issues including identification of risk or price affecting considerations to our clients.
- Review of client- and third party valuations provided by Audit clients.
- Assisting with proposals and marketing activities.
Based in Zurich they are looking for a fluent/native German speaker, someone who has a background in valuations and is most likely to come from profession services firms or consulting business.
