  • Ability to lead cross functional teams is required.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as productively in a team environment.
  • Candidate must be detail oriented, meet deadlines and highly motivated.
  • Must have good time management skills and be able to multitask on multiple projects.
  • Preference will be given to previous experience in value engineering, product cost management, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering or product design.
  • Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office with extensive knowledge and experience using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A good understanding of product cost accounting is required.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, conflict management skills and presentation skills are required.
  • Minimum of eight years of relevant manufacturing or design experience is required.
  • BS in Engineering required (MBA desirable).
  • Travel will be required (estimated 10-30%).
