Associates - Vice Presidents - Directors - Managing Directors - New York , San Francisco
An exciting opportunity to join a Leading Tier 1 International Boutique Investment Bank with an outstanding track record in Investment Banking / Advisory. The firm is staffed by leading senior members of the typical Bulge Bracket and Tier 1 Boutique players and work across all major industry sectors working with predominantly large cap companies. They have had phenomenal growth and success over the last year and due to increasing pipeline, they seek to add several team members in the TMT team, at various levels and different sub sectors within technology , media and telecoms. Typical responsibilities at associate - VP level will be based around execution and director / managing director level candidates will be focused on origination business development.
Various locations available : New York, San Francisco
Prior experience:
- experience within investment banking / MA / Corporate Finance / Advisory
- experience working within a leading international bulge bracket bank or leading boutique player where you gained exposure to large cap transactions and clients
- significant transactional experience within TMT (technology , media or telecommunications)
- strong numerical / due diligence / modelling / execution skills
- for senior director level candidates - strong origination / business development capabilities and track record in generating pipeline through own network (self sufficient)
- good team player with a long term view to develop within one of the most renowned boutique investment banks in the US today.
