1) FINANCE OFFICER 1 (CONTRACT – 1 YEAR)
Main duties
• Timely consolidation and preparation of the management reports for Marketing teams and the Business Managers. Provide meaningful insights on financial variance and monitor key performance indicators.
• A key business partner by providing value added financial analytics to support all business decisions.
• Plays a pivotal role in the annual budgeting process. Monitoring and reporting on performance against plan.
• Preparation of financial deck for business reviews and presentations.
• Establish a Fully Loaded cost model for marketing team.
• Streamline existing process to achieve efficiency.
2) FINANCE OFFICER 2 (CONTRACT – 6 MONTHS)
Main duties
• Timely consolidation and preparation of the management reports for Marketing teams and the Business Managers. Provide meaningful insights on financial variance and monitor key performance indicators.
• Provide financial analytics to support business.
• Plays a support role in the annual budgeting process. Monitoring and reporting on performance against plan.
• Preparation of financial deck for business reviews and presentations.
• Assist with process improvements to achieve efficiency.
Work experience requirements
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Business Finance within the banking industry.
• Degree in Accounting, Banking or Finance, CFA/CPA will be advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skill and confidence in dealing with senior management.
• Independent and hands on at work.
• Takes initiatives in streamlining processes and drive automation.
• Knowledge in VBA and MS Access is preferred.
3) Regulatory reporting analyst 1 (Contract - 6 MONTHS)
Main duties
• Prepare monthly and quarterly regulatory returns for submission to MAS (MAS 610, MAS 757, IE, MAS 760, MAS 630);
• Maintenance of static/mapping for regulatory purposes;
• Prepare annual surveys to MAS and other regulatory bodies;
• Prepare Head Office returns for purposes of regulatory reporting;
• Perform analysis and investigation on various reports prepared;
• Advise on regulatory requirements;
• Participate in any adhoc projects/system enhancements within the Finance Department
Work experience requirements
• {around 3 to 5 years} of relevant work experience in a bank or related financial industries in Singapore;
• Must be able to work well under tight deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities;
• Good analytical and communications skills, excellent problem solving ability, and ability to work with various groups;
• Strong self starter, pro-active and team player;
• Strong academic background with a bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance. Qualified accountant (Singapore CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualifications) is a plus;
• Strong knowledge of MAS notices and regulations
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Access
4) Regulatory reporting analyst 2 (Contract - 6 MONTHS)
Main duties
• Prepare daily reports for purposes of monitoring Qualifying Liabilities/ACU limits and maintenance of MCB/MLA.;
• Daily monitoring of suspense and catch all accounts
• Prepare weekly reports for submission to MAS;
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual regulatory returns including regulatory capital (MAS 637);
• Prepare annual surveys/statistical returns to MAS/Singapore Department of Statistics
• Prepare Head Office returns for purposes of regulatory reporting
• Perform analysis and investigation on various reports prepared;
• Participate in any adhoc projects/system enhancements within the Finance Department
Work experience requirements
• {around 3 to 5 years} of relevant work experience in a bank or related financial industries in Singapore
