ELECTRICAL ENGINEER BS in Manufacturing or Engineering req'd; MS in Electrical Engineering pref'd. Min. 2 yrs. exp. working with multidisciplinary associates req'd. FINANCIAL ANALYST BA/BS in Accounting or Finance req'd, along with a min. of 4-6 yrs. exp. in finance/accounting, as well as demonstrated understanding of financial consolidations, including EBIT and OCF, variance analysis, manufacturing finance, and sales forecasting. FIRST LINE SUPERVISOR BA/BS or relevant Goodyear exp. req'd. Must have min. 1 yr. exp. within manufacturing environment; 3 yrs. pref'd. Exp. in a union environment as applicable. Specific exp. in tire manufacturing processes pref'd. HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST BA/BS in Human Resources plus a min. of 3 yrs. human resources/operations exp. req'd. MAINTENANCE MANAGER BA/BS or a min. of 10 yrs. heavy industrial manufacturing exp. req'd; MBA pref'd. Must have 5 yrs. engineering/maintenance management exp. in an industrial environment plus exp. in union environments. MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST 4-yr. technical degree and min. 2 yrs. industrial/manufacturing exp. req'd. Engineering or other related technology degree pref'd MECHANICAL ENGINEER BS in Mechanical Engineering req'd; MS in Mechanical Engineering pref'd. Min. 4 yrs. exp. working with multidisciplinary associates to achieve cost-effective goals. Equipment design exp. and project engineering/project management role are pref'd. PLANT HEALTH SAFETY MANAGER BA/BS in Safety or Industrial Hygiene req'd; MA/MS and CSP certification pref'd. Management or staff position in a mid-size and/or moderately complex manufacturing environment with knowledge of safety regulations req'd. Min. 5 yrs. safety exp. in a manufacturing environment. PURCHASING MANAGER MA/MS (MBA pref'd) and min. of 5-7 yrs. procurement leadership within a manufacturing environment req'd along with min. 5 yrs. purchasing exp. SENIOR COMPOUNDER BA/BS in science/technology discipline and 3 yrs. rubber product design exp. req'd. TALENT ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER BA/BS in HR or related field req'd; Master's pref'd. Must possess exp. in talent acquisition for large organizations, including the development of external recruiting relationships. SUMMER INTERNSHIPS: CHEMICAL, ELECTRICAL OR MECHANICAL ENGINEERING Must be currently enrolled in a 4-yr. program from an accredited college or university (at least at Sophomore Level). Min.
