Quant Traders

Global proprietary trading/market making firms are currently expanding operations and looking for proven (strong track record) traders to join their teams. Must have at least 2 years of working experience in a similar envrionment with experience in high frequency/low latency, algo trading. Market marking (and/or taking) across different asset classes, with a strong preference for traders and analysts. Hard science/engineering background from a top-tier university will be highly preferred with a sound knowledge of analytics will be expected.

Quant Analysts

The Quantitative Analyst will analyze portfolios and help develop strategies and tools for mitigating residual risks while also providing financial markets, quantitative and technical advice to the senior management. In this role you will come across a lot of difficult situations which you will have to think out of the box and come up with a solution which is effective and efficient.

•  Applies knowledge of complex mathematical and statistical practices to produce quantitative models

•  Experience working with front desk traders

•  Strong knowledge of a mathematical language (Matlab, R)

•  Proficiency with SQL and .Net coding

•  Experience with options is highly preferred.

•  Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Quant Developers

Developers with a minimum of 3 years working in a trading environment involved in building scalable and automated trading models. High preference for candidates with deep understanding of the full spectrum of trading systems (connecitivity optimisation, infrastructure enhancements, strategic GUI development, trade execution platforms/DMAs etc). Working development knowledge of scalable models across different derivatives and securities and trading tools with extreme capabilities in the following is a must:

- OO-programming (C++/C/JAVA)
- Database languages (SQL, Oracle, Sybase etc)
- Statsitical languages (Matlab, R)
- Scripts (Python, Ruby, Boost, Perl etc)

Computer science/engineering background from top-tier University is a must.
