Gravitas Recruitment Group is looking for a VB.Net software developer to join our West Yorkshire client's expanding software development team. This is an opportunity to join an award winning company and utilise your VB.Net, ASP.Net, Winforms and SQL Server 2005 skills.

Candidates must live within a commutable distance of Leeds (i.e. Huddersfield, Wakefield, Bradford, Harrogate and certain areas of North Yorkshire will be considered)

The responsibilities of the VB.Net, ASP.Net, SQL Server Software Developer will include:
• Maintenance and development of existing VB.Net applications.
• Full life cycle development (from analysis and design right through to testing and maintenance) of new applications.
• Programming through an object orientated design approach.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
• VB.NET (essential)
• ASP.Net (essential)
• Winforms (essential)
• SQL Server (essential)
• Stored Procedures.
• Object Oriented development methods.
• Working with large volumes of data.
