VBA Developer – Fund Manager
My client is a leading fund manager based in the City of London and a rare opportunity has come up for a talented, ambitious and motivated VBA developer to join their fast growing team. This is a chance for the right person to seriously grow their career within the Investment Management space.
Responsibilities
•Undertake RAD development tasks to meet emerging business needs.
•Maintain and support daily delivery of the current applications, reports and processes.
•Develop tests and deliver new applications and improvements to existing applications.
•Perform integration and acceptance testing as required.
•Collaboratively work with team members and other teams to ensure efficient delivery of tasks.
Requirements
•A proven track within a financial services company.
•Good academic record with at least a 2:1 science or mathematics based degree.
•Strong VBA skills with exposure to C# and VB .Net.
•Good knowledge with MS Excel, Access, relational databases and SQL.
•Fantastic interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude and a desire to learn.
