Job Description
Lead development manage execution of program timing for E Segment SRT vehicles. Develop timing plans and studies for new programs within the segment. Manage part development status using internal Chrysler tracking tools. Lead development of initiatives to optimize timing enable successful program execution. Support Management team in process improvements to meet program requirements. Some interaction with Fiat Group on common programs.
Position Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, engineering preferred
- 5 years automotive experience
- Knowledge of design, development and manufacturing processes from concept to production
- 3+ years Project Management experience
- Prior leadership position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior work with Chrysler - understanding of Chrysler processes
- Project Management experience 2+ years
- Microsoft suites, especially Excel, Access Project
- Strong presentation skills
- Facilitation experience a plus
