You will be required to work closely with our clients outsourcing partner(s) to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure services to regional clients, plan and execute the transition of work and liaise with internal business partners/process owners to zero impact on Business operations.
Key accountabilities include relationship management, Service Delivery and Performance Management, Financial Risk Management and Transition Change management.
- Strong project management capability with deadline delivery focus
- Must have in-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure services
- Must have in-depth knowledge of shared service operations, specifically, KPI and Governance
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, excellent spoken English with Cantonese preferred
- Experience in managing large scale process transitions
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
- Demonstrated success at leading high performing teams and working as part of a matrix organization
- Exceptional problem solving capabilities and use of judgment
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed work environment/self starter
- Preferred to have 5 years plus of hands on experience managing in full-cycle Transitions within Financial services Captive / 3rd party Outsourcing unit
- IT operations outsourcing
- Strong Tier 1 vendor management experience
