Vendor & Outsourcing Manager recruitment
Role Summary:
- Develop and implement an effective vendor management organization in line with business and IS strategies and direction
- Vendor risk Management, legal contract negotiations, vendor evaluation, vendor stability measuring and reporting
- Manage IS Procurement, working with stakeholders IS and business to review vendor issue management and service delivery
Job Descriptions:
- Develop a framework for facilitating strategic sourcing and vendor management in line with business and IS Strategies
- SPOC for all IS vendor, procurement, and asset management
- Manage the entire lifecycle of vendor management from RFx creation, proposal review, vendor engagement and disengagement
- Develop procurement strategies, cost management initiatives and efficiency improvements
- Financial analysis of contracts. Analysis and identify, catalogue and monitor a contract’s financial requirements and commitments.
- Vendor Risk Management, including financial viability market presence and ability continue services, regulatory governance
Experience:
- Multi-site vendor management (Japanese and internationally)
- Experienced in developing various contract related documents such as Request for Proposals, Request for Information, etc.
- Track record of project and people management with complex deliverables
- Budget, procurement, contracts management
Skills Competencies:
- An IT professional with at least 5+ years of experience in IT
- 3 + years experienced in Vendor, contracts, procurement management
- 2+ experienced in Management role in IT
- Language: Strong English and Fluent Japanese. Written, Presentation and Oral
- Communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with IT knowledge
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively at enterprise level
Other Qualifications:
- University Degree
- Project management, Certified PMP: (Preferred)
- ISO / ISMS Management certifications (preferred)
