Vendor Relationship Manager II

Open to location if candidate meets all required skill sets: Post sale successor servicer oversight and operational management position is accountable for complex and high impact responsibilities. This position interacts with internal bank clients, successor servicers, and investors to set up, ensure uniformity with Bank protocols, and establish routines to address escalations, procedural, and SLA requirements. The Operations Project Consultant will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: Relationship manager and single point of contact for Mortgage Insurance Claim and Representations and Warranty (RW) responsibilities. Responsible to develop successful relationships with successor servicers and internal business partners, which includes the setup, integration, tracking, reporting, reconciliation, and escalations associated with MI and RW activities. Responsible for preparing monthly operations performance package for senior leadership - review operational and financial loss reporting, evaluate performance and quality, and provide key highlights, trends, risks, and opportunities. Drive, coordinate and lead business routines with successor servicers and internal stakeholders. Meets regularly with business stakeholders to keep appraised of strategic direction and how it would be supported by current and future successor servicer relationships. Maintain and manage end-to-end business log. Develop prioritization framework and ensure timely resolution of all milestones and deliverables. Set up new successor servicers and manage all servicer, investor, and Bank's escalated loan level issues. Also, responsible for the tracking, reporting, and reconciliation of data e.g., document custody, MI, and RW related. Prepare, analyze, and present summary of the group's activities, projects and new initiatives. Continuously evaluate and improve process and operational effectiveness and efficiency.
