Venue Manager

We are currently seeking applications for the role of Venue Manager at our Upper Mount Gravatt venue. This full-time position will support and manage employees engaged in the provision of client services whilst overseeing financial and asset management of the venue.

Key responsibilities include providing employees with direction and support to ensure their participation in all aspects of clinical supervision and clinical review, determining employee training needs, driving recruitment and selection processes for vacancies, negotiating and implementing an operational plan for the venue, and promoting the services of the venue to the community.

The successful applicant for this role will have a relevant tertiary qualification in a clinical area of expertise and relevant postgraduate qualifications in Management will be highly regarded. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the delivery of clinical services as well as previous experience managing others is also necessary.
