My client a leading asset management firm are looking for an administrator/ client reporting specialist. The successful candidate will be expected to quickly develop an in-depth understanding of the firm’s investment products, funds, accounts and client base, and be confident in dealing with clients directly; experience in the finance industry is therefore desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Distribution of monthly, quarterly, annual reporting to investors and associates
• Ownership and maintenance of fund distribution lists
• Dealing with client requests and queries as necessary
• Maintaining up-to-date records of activities in the team’s CRM system
Essential Skills:
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent Stakeholder management skills essential
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Previous experience in a Client Reporting role
• Previous experience working in the financial industry
• Familiarity with a CRM system
• Familiarity with Vermillion Reporting Suite
