My client has established themselves as a specialist solution provider of high quality commercial flooring targeting the architecture and design community. My client has recently completed projects with Major Government Departments, Global Corporates, Major Educational Facilities.
This role requires high level of architectural business development expertise. You will be required to use all aspects of your management experience where you'll be supported by cutting edge products and a reputation for exceeding clients expectations.
The Role
- Grow and develop business within builders, project management organizations, government departments and the architecture and design community
- Specification through to Architects and manage projects through to completion.
- Produce and implement market plan to achieve business revenues and targets
- Developing and expanding the sales function over the coming months
- Attending various industry events, trade shows, seminars etc
The Person
To be considered for this opportunity you will demonstrate the following
- Major Contacts in Architecture and Design Community
- Highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Specification Experience is Essential
- Strong management capabilities
- Established record in tendering and specification with architects.
- Background in Flooring, Furniture, workstations, lighting, or another AD product.
- Strong ability to build rapport with all clientele
