My client has established themselves as a market leader in providing various construction products and chemical applications, such as waterproofing, anti slip, adhesives and sealants. The areas they target is builders, plumbers, project management organizations, government, and architects and designers.
My client has an outstanding reputation for innovative design and exceptional service. Due to recent continuous growth from securing large scale projects, they are now seeking to expand their Victorian Sales Team.
This role requires high level project based Technical, Sales and Business Development experience, utilising all aspects of your experience where you'll be supported by cutting edge products and a reputation for exceeding clients' expectations.
The Role
- Expand and Develop sales with key clients such as Builders, Plumbers and Merchants.
- Key account management of existing clients and accounts and also new business development.
- Ability to manage a call cycle to ensure all clients are serviced
- Secure new relationships with builders to continue companies growth success
- Produce and implement market plan to achieve business revenues and targets
- Liaise with manufacturing departments, operations and commercial division
- Managing a large personal budget
- Attending various industry events, trade shows, seminars etc
The Person
To be considered for this opportunity you will demonstrate the following:
- Essential: Sales Experience within the Construction industry.
- Previous experience in waterproof materials or adhesives an advantage, however will look at backgrounds from any construction product.
- Strong ability to build rapport with all clientele
- Strong technical aptitude
