Vice President – Sales Force Management & Centre Operations (Hire Purchase) recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop a robust sales force for Automotive Financial Services.
- Develop an alternative business channel and Mobile Sales Team (MST) to contribute towards Auto Finance targeted disbursement.
- Continuous drive recruitment initiative.
- Develop track performance of Marketing Executive (ME).
- Provide effective sales/ selling skills for ME.
- Conduct continuous motivation seminars/ discussions for ME.
- Implement effectively Performance Improvement Program (PIP).
- Enhance incentive scheme.
- Visit sales center nationwide to improve rapport, obtain feedback request to be channeled for Management consideration.
- Determine the need for new Auto Finance Center or MST.
- Develop track performance of MST.
- Collaborate with the Business Centers and Consumer Sales Distribution (CSD) Management / Branches to ensure smooth implementation of policies, operation sales plan and marketing strategies to achieve the targeted disbursement.
Requirements:
- Recognised Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 7 years related work experience.
- Must enjoy and excel at being hands-on to conduct coaching and training to new Marketing Executive (ME).
- Must be able to work under pressure, tight deadlines and embracing challenges.
- Result oriented, good team player and passionate with work.
- Able to work independently, have great attitude, highly motivated and dynamic.
- Result oriented with strong people skills and ability to interact with all levels.
- Possesses positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
