Position Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Rapid Response To Sales Leads
- Systematic, Thorough, and Comprehensive Sales Planning Execution
- Interviewing Clients To Determine Needs
- Cross-Selling Alternate Products Services
- Development of Estimates / Quotations / Proposals
- Presenting To Potential Clients Closing The Sale
- Excellent Communication With Order Entry And Service Team
- Developing Sales Programs and Incentives To Replace Outdated Heating Air Conditioning Equipment In Homes, Businesses, Industrial Setting
- Creating Local Networking And Marketing Programs With Agencies
- Collaboration With Executive Team On Forecasting Budgets
Qualifications For Success:
- College Degree Preferred But Not Necessary
- 3 (Three) Or More Years Sales Experience Required With Annual Sales Volume at $2 Million Or More
- Excellent Work Ethic
- Positive, Upbeat Outlook
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- A Track Record Of Consistency, Determination, and Persistence
Compensation and Benefits:
- Excellent Guaranteed Base Pay Plus Commissions For Target Six Figure Income
