Role Summary/Purpose:

GE is an equal opportunity employer, offering a great work environment, challenging career opportunities, professional training and competitive compensation.This capital markets role leads supports the structuring, pricing, underwriting, syndication and closing of receivables financing transactions slated for syndication / placement. You will play a key role in assisting with deal execution including structuring, documentation, investor management, and syndication process of various receivables financing structures including local currency and cross border trade receivables financing including Brazil and the US.

 Essential Responsibilities:

*Assist syndicated deals including structuring, documentation, pricing, and successful closing.
*Assist with documentation negotiation with investors, clients and legal teams.
*Help cover investor base in the Americas and Emerging Markets, and maintain relationships with existing investors and potential investors in the trade finance, ABL, AR markets. Pro-active calling and appetite generation.
*Effectively be able to pitch to clients, investors and senior management internally.
*Work with Pricing on potential pricing models for each deal giving input on market pricing
*Keep up to date market info including deal comps, trends, AR structures.
*Work closely with internal cross functional teams including Risk, Operations, Legal, Originations, Pricing on deal execution processes.
*Continuously work on streamlining internal syndication process and improving documentation templates to be consistent with market practices.
*Participate in syndications pipeline, deal review and deal approval meetings and keep senior management advised of all material developments.
*Analyze credit market risks, provide useful capital markets information for decision-making, structuring and pricing in order to win transactions and clear market
*Prepare information memoranda and associated materials for distribution to potential investors.
*Ensure the sharing of market intelligence within the business and with other syndication colleagues.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics.
*Minimum 7 years’ proven track record in structuring, syndicating and successfully closing structured transactions in loan syndications, structured trade finance, and/or receivables financing.
*A strong knowledge of receivables monetization, asset-based lending, emerging markets from a top commercial bank, investment bank or trade finance/supply chain environment
*Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Bloomberg, Syndtrak, Loanconnector
