Vice President, ABS Originations
Duties: Work with clients across industries to structure asset-backed securities ("ABS"), and structure asset-backed commercial paper ("ABCP") programs financed directly by the Bank. Work with the ABS Originations team to focus on the financing of a variety of asset classes originated by our issuer clients including rental car, trade receivables, corporate fleet leasing and timeshare receivables. Participate daily in client transaction origination processes and deal execution, financial model construction and use, industry and product research, mangement and analysis of closed transactions, working jointly with rating agencies and investors, working with legal documentation, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and trend analysis.
