Vice President, Account Director (Pharmaceutical Marketing/Medical Communications) Job in New York, New York US
Two of our medical communications clients in NYC are seeking qualified VICE PRESIDENT, ACCOUNT DIRECTORS to fill 3 open positions. Both organizations are well-established and a part of global communications networks . The organizations are offering aggressive compensation packages for the most qualified clients. The clients also have ACCOUNT DIRECTOR positions open as well.
-candidates must have 5+ years of current experience in a senior account or client services capacity at medical education or pharmaceutical advertising agency; candidates without direct medical education experience will not be considered by our clients
-extensive "client facing" experience relating to overseeing internal team(s) of account/client services teams to manage pharmaceutical marketing clients
-strong experience leading client accounts in relation to promotional medical education tactics including: advisory boards, content development projects, etc
-proven track record of successfully identifying and expand pharmaceutical marketing client business accounts/revenue
-depth of experience in managing junior account/program staff (account directors, account managers, program managers, etc)
-strong experience in mentoring/managing junior program/account staff
-diverse therapeutic experience
-highly strategic
-proven track record of organically growing medical communications business within pharmaceutical clients
-excellent oral and written communication skills
-dynamic personality and highly ambitious
