Vice President, Advisory Services recruitment
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Design and implementation of advisory products, marketing campaigns, and operations strategies
- Spearhead firm-wide support efforts to accelerate group of Advisory Services programs
- Propel the advisor recruiting process to increase the firm’s of active advisors
- Position team’s strategies with the firm’s core strategies
- Building and sustaining relationships with Advisors as well as product sponsors
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-10 years related experience; experience with Fee Based Advisory required
- FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 required
- Strong knowledge of and experience with investment advisory analysis concepts and technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proven leadership, follow through, and business development skills
- Strong sales track record, demonstrable success in building customer and client relationships
- Highly attentive to detail
- Superior organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex and diversified work-streams
- He/she must be a team player, someone who takes initiative, and who is dedicated and hard-working
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
