Your background:
You are well acquainted with the aftermarket of middle sized, international, industrial structures. You have a qualified technical or commercial education and you are internationally, globally structured. During your career you have gained substantial experience with the restructuring of aftermarket areas. Therefore you have a good understanding of how important spare part selling, service organization and aftersales management are. You know the different sales channels and especially the OEM sector.
You are looking now for an international, strong company with very future-oriented products, where you can use your know-how to restructure global aftermarket activities. Then here is your chance.




Your tasks:
You are based in the company's headquarters and the regional Aftermarket and Service Manager are reporting to you. In this position you are responsible for the global aftermarket organization, development and sales. More than 50% of the turnover is created through aftermarket sales and a high percentage of the profitability of the company as well. Currently the business is very engineering driven; this means that the importance of the aftermarket isn't displayed in the company organization. The first task will be to create a new future-oriented business model for the aftermarket

 

After and besides the restructuring task you will be responsible for the operational management of the aftermarket area globally. You will follow your strategy and will bring the company to the next step of expansion.
You have good English, communication / team  and organizational skills. You can expect a long-term task, targeted job orientation, modern working environment and interesting salary regulations.
