Position Description:
SunGard's solutions for corporate liquidity help businesses facilitate connectivity across the ecosystem of buyers, suppliers, banks, data providers and other stakeholders to increase visibility of cash, improve communication and response time, reduce risk and help drive maximum value from working capital. An end-to-end, collaborative financial management framework helps chief financial officers and treasurers bring together receivables, treasury and payments for a single view of cash and risk and optimize business processes for enhanced liquidity management.

MISSION

* Manage and grow MNC treasury, payments, receivables business in Australia New Zealand

ACTIVITIES MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Leader of the SUNGARD Corporate Liquidity business in ANZ market
* Full PL ownership and management to manage growth and profitability
* Management and leadership of team across sales, pre-sale, professional services and client services
* To represent SUNGARD Corporate Liquidity brand to the ANZ market through in-house and external events, articles, interviews, meetings, etc
* Developing senior level contacts
* Leadership of sales team in generation of pipeline, deal progression and deal closure in ANZ.
* Senior representative for contract discussions.
* Keeping the senior management informed at all times of the status of each sale and make full use of the commercial tools (SalesForce.com).
* Leadership of services team in successful implementation of new projects, upgrades, ad-hoc contracts, hosting and ongoing maintenance
* Main escalation point for SUNGARD Corporate Liquidity's ANZ customer base
* Keeping the senior management informed at all times of the status of each ongoing project.
* Keeping the senior management informed at all times of the status of existing customer issues.
* Developing team members and managing team growth and career development

Position Requirements:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES
* The ideal candidate has experience managing a team in financial software solutions
* Strong background and experience in corporate treasury space including risk and hedge accounting
* Proven track record of successful PL management, revenue growth and sales
* Understanding of the complexity of sales processes and management of large, complex deals
* Self-driven person which takes initiative and leads with an example
* Confident public speaking, verbal and written skills
* High communication skills
* You like to work in a creative and relaxed atmosphere in an international environment where own initiative is expected
* Able to take responsibility for managing the business in an effective and responsible manner and involve others where necessary
