Vice President, Bond Debt Capital Markets, Bulge Bracket Bank
Our client is looking for a candidate to work in our Debt Capital Markets group.
Responsibilities include:
· Marketing new issue bond transactions
· Targeting issuers located in Northern America
Experience/Knowledge Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in:
· Debt Capital Markets
· Syndication activity
· Credit trading (US/Global/JPY)
· Financing structures
· International finance
Other Skills and Requirements:
· Origination of debt transactions
· Communication with customers, bankers, and syndicate member
· Work closely to deliver creative and innovative solutions to our clients
· Series 79
