Responsibilities
- Drive overall Consumer Bank Performance by conducting business portfolio analysis, providing MIS support and managing statistical models.
- Assist in setting up of portfolio strategies, design and conduct campaign management, champion-challenger strategies across different phases of customer and product life cycle.
- Perform in-depth quantitative analysis for portfolio management and strategy development.
- Conduct research studies to identify new opportunities and areas to focus in.
- Develop customer modeling, customer segmentation and business forecasting models.
- Work with business units to develop product propensity model (e.g. acquisition, usage and retention) and micro-segmentation.
- Lead and mentor team of analysts to provide business value and actionable insights.
- Drive change and get the buy in from all stakeholders to adopt and leverage a more scientific approach in campaign targeting.
- Support the analytical transformation through analytical projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree with discipline in Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, Economics or Finance.
- Possess good knowledge and experience in Marketing analytics or Credit experience for Consumer Lending Business.
- Experience in SAS / SQL programming at the intermediate level with knowledge of database management.
- Experience with successful project management from inception to delivery.
- Knowledge of Banking, Customer Relationship Management, Credit Card and Loan business and credit risk management will be preferred.
- Experience in campaign management with good working knowledge of SAS softwares (EM, EG, Base) or Unica.
- Possess strategic perspective with strong coordination, planning, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Possess strong leadership and people management skills.
