Vice President, Business Manager recruitment
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (including the following, other duties may be assigned)
- Act as an interface to Compliance IT, Ops, Risk, Legal, HR, DOR, Client Service and Sales
- Be responsible for the implementation of new product ideas and new financial instruments
- Develop strong working relationships with Analysts and PMs and become an effective advocate for IP related processes/ideas
- Support equity portfolio management teams, equity research and equity client services/marketing area with regular and ad hoc data analysis
- Participate in a wide-range of regularly scheduled meetings as a proxy for CIO
- Provide data quality management and produce quantitative analysis reports for the equity investment functions
- Compile and update documentation

Education and/or Experience:
- MBA preferred
- 5 or more years of finance and investments experience
- CFA charter holder or CFA candidate

- Exceptional business acumen and ability to develop peer-to-peer relationship with company senior management and investment teams.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), FactSet, Bloomberg, Northfield
