Vice President Corporate Development / Strategy, Financial Services (FIG) recruitment

The successful candidates will be working on both internal ma and strategic initiatives for the organisation, liaising with different divisions within the business and reporting directly to board level.

This will involve management of an entire transaction process  (including due diligence, valuation and deal execution) as well building the business through organic growth, for example through product development and the increase of market penetration.

The successful VP level candidate will therefore come from a top-tier Investment Banking MA background within FIG, potentially supplemented with further Corporate Development experience.
