As a result of an internal promotion the position of Vice President has become available within the Corporate Finance arm of a market leading financial institution. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most exciting and stable organisations within global banking.
Our client is looking for a VP with bluechip client analysis exposure across multiple industries including agricultural, manufacturing and natural resources etc.
The purpose of the role is to;
Provide detailed and accurate financial analysis of ASX listed companies across a variety of industries.
Assist the Portfolio Management Team to support an overall portfolio managment function in the Corporate Finance Department.
Promote business through credit solicitation to current and potential clients for Corporate Finance opportunities
Negotiate terms and conditions of credit, credit agreements and security documents.
Prepare and present credit proposals to senior management.
The successful candidate will have;
Degree in Economics, Law, Accountancy, CFA etc
MBA is desirable
5+ years experience in Corporate, Wholesale or Investment Banking
Financial analysis
Credit reports/reviews
Management/Team lead experience
Expert in excel
The role will pay $140-165K Package depending on experience and is a fantastic opportunity to join this leading international Bank. The role also offers excellent exposure to ASX listed organisations and rewarding career development.
